I think you have to give people sometimes to look forward to. Ex. Polls, interactive videos, eye catching videos or photos, getting the followers involved, figure out a time frame the engagement is most active.

I think sharing stories of veterans who are willing to share promotes people because I feel like when you someone gets a second hand experience to someone else’s life it makes them more likely to have care.
