What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
Wellness is the wholistic view of being healthy. Wellness is looking at mental, physical, and emotional health to be better. I try to improve myself in every aspect to be better. From small changes such as walking instead of driving or deleted social media apps that do not do me any good.
