I use short, clear explanations supported by lifestyle clips, before and after comparisons, or quick demonstrations that show the benefit in action rather than just describing it. I also keep the tone conversational and honest so the information feels trustworthy and not overly sales focused. My goal is always to translate the science or features into real life value that people can understand in seconds.

I would engage a customer who is unfamiliar with BOND by meeting them where they are and keeping the introduction simple, friendly, and rooted in real benefits. I would start by explaining what BOND focuses on in everyday language, then show how the products fit naturally into a busy routine. People connect best when they can picture themselves using something, so I would highlight small, relatable moments like taking a supplement before a long day of classes or using it to stay balanced during stressful study weeks. I would also share quick, digestible science facts to build trust without overwhelming them. The goal would be to make BOND feel approachable, supportive, and easy to try.

Yes, I’m very close to an Insomnia Cookies location! There is one less than a two minute walk from the main honors dorm, and another right on the main strip of Rowan Boulevard. I also live near campus, so it’s extremely easy for me to stop by, film content, or coordinate pick ups whenever needed.
