I have 3 personal dogs, a chihuahua, a chihuahua/dachshund, and a pit mix. We also foster so there is often an extra dog or two (breeds vary) in the home.

I’d focus on capturing real, joyful moments that pet owners instantly relate to, like the chaos before dinner time or the happy dance when the treats come out. I’d use natural light, playful music, and simple storytelling to show genuine reactions instead of staged shots. My goal would be to highlight both the product and the bond between pet and owner, so viewers feel like, “That’s exactly how my dog acts!”, making the brand feel authentic and fun.

I have gifted items similar to this in the past for teachers to use as an engagement tool in their class. As a mom and educator myself (as well an an animal lover, we foster dogs and have a slew of critters), I could definitely capitalize on this being an awesome and engaging holiday gift!
