How will you hold members accountable for completing tasks on time?
I personally work better when there is reminders and support available. Giving reminders of deadlines and an explanation of what said task will be used for can help a member understand the significance of what they are doing and why it needs to be done in a timely manner.

What role does journaling play in your life?
Journaling helps me to better understand myself and how I react and think about different situations. It allows me to walk through how I feel and come up with a solution or response to a problem. Or, I am able to really ponder on what I have or what I want and how to make it happen.
