How would you spread the word about Candier on campus?
Id change the packaging of the product. Not the packaging of the candles, I think Candier does great in that aspect, but from un-boxings on social media I could see theres no experience in the unboxing when customers order the product online. I think Candier should maybe include confetti or matching free stickers in the packages, maybe little matchsticks that match the product.
What's a strategy you'd suggest in order to spark curiosity and excitement ahead of a re-launch?
Consider offering a select group of customers or influencers an exclusive preview or access to the relaunch. Their early reviews and insights can generate excitement.
