What tools do you prefer for designing marketing assets and why?

Since I’m still new to graphic design, I don’t have fixed preferences yet - but I’m most comfortable starting with tools like Canva because they’re quick, intuitive, and great for creating clean marketing assets fast. I’m also open to learning tools like Figma or Adobe if needed, and I usually pick tools based on what helps me deliver efficiently and match the brand’s style.

(Un)fortunately, I haven’t worked on graphic design yet - which means I get to learn it from scratch and bring a fresh perspective. I’m quick to pick things up and excited to dive in and deliver.

What strategies would you use to engage people on social media?

I’d focus on creating content that feels real and relatable - things people actually want to interact with, not just scroll past. That means a mix of short-form videos, interactive posts like polls or Q&As, and content that adds value (tips, insights, or even light entertainment). I’d also stay consistent, respond to comments/DMs quickly, and keep an eye on trends to make sure the brand stays relevant. Most importantly, I’d track what’s working and double down on that while continuously experimenting with new ideas.
