From my past experience working as Head of Marketing and Fundraising at a COVID testing startup nonprofit, various executive board position roles throughout my time as an undergraduate and medical student, and current experience as COO and co-founder of a community service oriented, pre-health mentorship nonprofit organization, I have honed my ability to check in with members regularly to ensure they are making satisfactory progress. Through setting reasonable goals along with communicating about and assisting frequently on anything that might cause a delay in the tasks being completed on time, I will make sure all members feel comfortable coming to me with problems so that we can solve them in a timely manner as to not delay delivering the material past the deadline. I will also emphasize that failure to adhere to the agreed upon timeline may result in removal from their position, after having given them the opportunity to ask for assistance.
