A time I managed a project from beginning to end was when the current company I work for was launching a new menu. As a social media coordinator I started by creating a content strategy (including planning the types of posts, platforms to use, and target audience). Then, I designed visually appealing graphics and videos entailing the company’s new menu. Next, I would schedule and post the content, engaging with our followers and monitoring performance. This whole process took around 2-3 weeks, but I made sure to stay consistent and track the results to optimize my strategy along the way.
