What role does nutrition and fitness play in your life? -- What year are you in school and what school do you go to?
As a student athlete at Cornell, nutrition and fitness play a huge role in my life. These two things have always been a very important part of my life, even before college. Fueling effectively before and after practice is the key to success especially making sure I have enough protein and carbohydrates in my diet to support my lifestyle.

I am a part of the NCAA Division 1 Women's Gymnastics Team at Cornell. I am also a member of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) and the Women of Color in Athletics Association.
