What does authenticity mean to you?

Authenticity for me from a brand ambassador perspective, authenticity means embodying and representing the brand's values, mission, and identity in a genuine and sincere manner. It involves genuinely believing in and aligning with the brand's purpose and offerings. I am someone who struggled a lot with my skincare in my teenage years due to the fact that my skin changed so much based on external factors whether it was stress or the weather. One aspect of She Biology that really resonates with me is the fact that there are different products catered for different skin needs and it is organized clearly for people who might know what type of skin they have but don't know what kind of products they need. The fact that She Biology is both sustainable and organic makes it a brand that I would embrace working with as those are two values I implement in almost all aspects of my life!

How do you create FOMO and social proof?

I would utilize limited time offers whether its limited time promotions, discounts, or exclusive deals and highlight the scarcity of the opportunity and emphasize that it won't last forever. This can create a sense of urgency and make people feel they might miss out if they don't act quickly. I would suggest Exclusivity and VIP programs where we offer exclusive access or perks to a select group of customers. This could include early access to new products, VIP events, or special content. By making people feel like part of an exclusive club, you can generate FOMO among those who are not part of it. I would try and aim for Influencer Partnerships with influencers who align with She Biology as well as User-Generated content by encouraging customers to share their experience on social media.

If a customer left a negative review how would you respond?

I would first begin by privately identifying the root of the negative review. I would then acknowledge the customers feedback and express empathy in an effort to validate their concern and demonstrate that we as a company genuinely care about their satisfaction. I would ensure that this response is prompt and professional to ensure that the customer feels heard. I would then address the issue directly and if necessary, I would request additional details or ask them to reach out to our customer support team to resolve the issue privately. Depending on the nature of the problem, I would provide a suitable solution or offer to rectify the situation. This could include a replacement product, a refund, or any other appropriate resolution that demonstrates our commitment to customer satisfaction. o maintain privacy and provide personalized support, I would encourage the customer to continue the discussion privately through direct messages or by providing contact information for our customer support team. This helps to foster a one-on-one connection and allows for more in-depth assistance. After resolving the issue, I would follow up with the customer to ensure their satisfaction and to thank them for bringing the matter to our attention. This demonstrates that we genuinely care about their experience and helps to rebuild trust.
