I’d inspire others by showing that mental fitness is small, simple, and supportive, not overwhelming. I’d share how tiny habits like pausing to breathe, naming emotions, or unplugging for a minute can make everyday life feel lighter. Mental fitness isn’t about fixing yourself; it’s about taking care of your mind the same way you take care of your body.
