To ensure customers are truly engaged with your products, I would focus on a mix of authentic storytelling, interactive content, and community building: User-Generated Content (UGC): Encourage customers to share their real experiences with the product through photos, videos, and reviews. UGC builds trust and creates a sense of community around the brand. Social Media Engagement: Use platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter to create content that’s not only visually appealing but also interactive — such as polls, challenges, or live Q&A sessions — to keep the audience involved and invested. Personalized Experiences: Tailor messaging and offers based on customer behavior and preferences to make them feel valued and understood. This could be through email marketing, retargeted ads, or customized social campaigns. Influencer Partnerships: Collaborate with influencers who genuinely align with the brand’s values and audience to create authentic endorsements that resonate more deeply than traditional ads. Exclusive Access and Rewards: Offer sneak peeks, early product releases, or loyalty rewards to create excitement and encourage repeat engagement. I’m currently a junior marketing major, and I’ve gained practical experience both in the classroom and through hands-on projects. I’ve worked on creating social media content that connects with real people—using trends and authentic storytelling to boost engagement. Managing accounts like my own TikTok has helped me understand what grabs attention and how to grow a following organically. On campus, I’ve helped organize and promote events, which gave me experience working with teams to build excitement and get people involved. I enjoy reaching out to brands and influencers to collaborate and bring fresh ideas to life. With a strong passion for marketing and content creation, I’m excited to apply these skills in a role where I can help a brand connect with its audience in a meaningful and authentic way.
