What tools do you prefer for designing marketing assets and why?

I prefer Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, and Blender because they give me a strong mix of design, motion, and creative flexibility. Photoshop is my main tool for creating polished marketing assets and promotional visuals, After Effects helps me make content more dynamic and engaging, and Blender adds a 3D element when I want visuals to feel more modern and standout. I focus on using these tools to create assets that are not just visually appealing, but effective for promotion and brand growth.

What graphic design work have you done in the past?

I’ve done graphic design work across music, events, and promotional branding. I worked with Yellow Land Records in Houston designing album covers, promotional content, and merchandise, as well as visuals to market that merchandise. I’ve been learning and using Photoshop since 7th grade, so design has been a long-term skill I’ve actively developed over the years. More recently, through Public Domain Music Collective, I’ve continued creating flyers and promotional visuals for live events, which has strengthened my ability to make graphics that are both eye-catching and audience-focused. My background combines creative design with promotional strategy, so I think not just about how something looks, but how it attracts attention and drives engagement. That’s why I’d be a strong fit for this role, especially since it involves creating clean, compelling visuals that align with a brand and help products sell.

What do you look for in a beauty product review?

I look for honesty, clear detail, and real results. A strong beauty review should explain how the product feels, how it performs, whether it irritates the skin, and who it’s best for. I value reviews that feel realistic and useful, especially for people with specific skin concerns like acne.
