How will you hold members accountable for completing tasks on time?
I will conduct regular one-on-one meetings with each team member to discuss their progress and provide guidance if needed. I will organize regular team meetings where we will review the collective progress and address any areas that require improvement. Lastly I will recognize and appreciate the efforts of team members who consistently complete tasks on time.
