Can you share a time when you tested or gave feedback on a product, app, or feature? What did you enjoy or find challenging about that experience?
I tested a mental health app, LePal.ai, by approaching it from a new user’s perspective to identify usability issues. I enjoyed seeing what worked well and finding opportunities to make the experience even smoother. I found it rewarding to know that my feedback contributed to a startup’s mission to make mental health resources more accessible for Gen Z.
