Thunderstruck’ by AC/DC makes me feel like I can take on the world. It’s an iconic song for the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, and seeing their confidence and then listening to it on my own fires me up and makes me feel unstoppable too.

Can you describe a situation where your feedback significantly improved a product's quality?
When I tested LePal.ai, I noticed that many features looked accessible but were actually locked behind a paywall. This created frustration because users would click into something expecting a free feature, only to be blocked. I shared feedback that the app needed clearer communication upfront about which features were free versus premium. The team adjusted the design to include clearer labels and more transparent messaging. After that change, users expressed more trust in the app and were less likely to drop off early.
