I stay updated on the latest social media trends by actively following platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn, as well as keeping up with industry newsletters and tools like Later, TrendTok, and Social Media Today. I pay close attention to emerging formats, trending audio, and shifts in how people engage with content—especially within the wellness and mental health space. When I spot a trend that aligns with the brand’s values and audience, I find creative ways to incorporate it into our strategy, whether that’s through reels, carousel posts, or relatable storytelling. My goal is always to adapt trends in a way that feels authentic, on-brand, and valuable to the community.

To create a positive brand experience at events, I’d focus on being approachable, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited about Koia. I’d start by offering samples with a smile and a quick, friendly intro like, 'Have you tried Koia before?' From there, I’d highlight what makes the brand special—whether it’s the plant-based protein, the clean ingredients, or how it fits into a healthy, on-the-go lifestyle. I’d also personalize the interaction by recommending a flavor based on their taste or dietary preferences. The goal is to make people feel seen, heard, and excited to try something new—so they leave not just with a bottle, but a good impression of the brand
