Moon Juice

Moon Juice Profile Image

A customer came in looking for makeup/skincare, how would you transition them into Moon Juice?

Since Moon Juice products not only address beauty and skincare but also health and stress management, I would start describing a product that is healing from inside out, because that's what Moon Juice does. And it makes it different from all the other cosmetics by tackling a problem that everyone has. If there is some health&wellness campaign such as sustainability that Moon Juice supports with their profit, I would mention that we would be supporting such an organization.

What is one way to engage with new Moon Juice consumers?

Pop-ups in NYC are a great way to grab people's attention. Posting these things are platforms like eventbrite and meetup can reach a good audience. Offering a coupon is also effective in getting them to try it. Even as little as a $5 coupon got me repurchasing at stores.

What does nutrition and wellness mean to you?

Something I learned about nutrition and wellness is how to enjoy food for its health and necessity rather than loving to eat. I used to binge eat and consume way more calories than my body needed, also due to my fairly fast metabolism but mostly because I saw it as a form of pleasure. Now, I have been practicing intermittent fasting for well over a year and I feel amazing. I hope more people realize we should consume just what we need. No less and no more.
