I would notify my direct supervisor. I would explain why I didn't like the product and give suggestions to better the product.

Setting up a week long social event near a dining hall would be optimal. Having a set amount of free Aquaphor products that they can win will engage students in the products. Everyday more students will bring friends to the booth for their chance to win. The best way to market to college students is with their friends and free items they can win.
