What types of content do you find most effective for engaging health-conscious consumers?
Talking about the journey and the problem they solved. For me, I would talk about what I was doing prior, those bad habits that people can relate to, and how I fixed that with Seed. It keeps content relatable and engaging because it's worth listening to and will help my peers try to do the same.

As a college student, I take my healthy journey seriously and trust Seed's products to be the perfect resource that allows me to take care of my body.
