Can you describe a time when you had to analyze feedback data to derive actionable insights?
I am currently the sport and community coordinator at my university campus. We frequently get feedback from a large number of students. I take this feedback and summarize it before deciding how we can best make improvements to our events and things we offer in order to better suit the students wants and needs based on the feedback they share.

How do you approach gathering feedback from a diverse group of student participants?
I would plan to have a survey/questionnaire that is accessible to the group that allows data collection as well as personalized feedback from diverse individuals that will allow them to share their unique experiences.

How do you ensure social media content aligns with the company's brand voice?
I will make sure it aligns with the general vibe of the brand based on previous posts and website content. To ensure the content aligns with the brands voice I will make sure to internalize the values of the brand and do my best to portray those in more than one way through content.
