How do you approach testing new products?
I take a shower first to clean my hair to get it ready for the product. I then follow the directions listed on it. Sometimes, I directly put the product in my hair without showering because some hair products don't need towel-dried hair.

Tell us about your previous experience with hair health products.
I have tried numerous hair products such as pomade, hair cream, gel, and hair clay. None of them do what I envision which is a strong hold but not much shine, but I hope Mad Hair products will deliver the results that other hair products lack.
