Can you describe a successful social media campaign you led and its impact on engagement metrics?
A campaign I have led is with Microsoft Copilot. I have found keeping the content light hearted and targeted to students usually do the best. Since I am still fairly new to content creation I am still learning what works for me. I like basing some of my content about ASU and how amazing the university. I found doing content about school does great because it is targeted to students not only in college but in high school as well. I found that has a great impact on engagement.

How do you approach creating social media content that resonates with a diverse audience?
When trying to create social media content that resonates with a diverse audience I try to focus on the current trends. I also keep in mind that you cannot please everyone but can please a majority. I like keeping up on trends and trending audios. Since a lot of my instagram and TikTok follows are young college students I focus on that age demographic.

A successful content strategy I have implemented in the past is posting a day in the life and or snippets of the product. I have found short videos with trending audios to also be more successful.
