Authenticity as a brand to me means being transparent about ingredients, pricing, and our process. This creates trust between us and our customers, generating positive feedback and environment. Especially with the traditionally taboo use of CBD, it is important to emphasize what the benefits and reasons of this product are.

How do you create FOMO and social proof?
Generating an ambassador program and having influencers on Tiktok, Instagram, and Youtube join would be a good way to generate more customers and talk of the brand. In this program, it is important to have representatives of all different ethnicities and skin types, and create products that work for the different variety. The more word we can spread of the brand, the more social influence it will have. The goal is to become the brand that is the face of skincare.
