What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
Wellness to me is multifaceted. I think it is something that can be implemented to help an individual physically and mentally. To me it's implementing habits into your daily life or doing check-ups with yourself to improve health outcomes rather that be mentally or physically. Furthermore, I believe it is something that is unique to every person. Some individuals might find it therapeutic to say affirmations in the mirror every other day, while others may find it silly and would rather do something physical like do an exercise or have a spa day to feel better.
I personally implement wellness in my life through journaling from time-to-time and listening to music mainly. I find music to be a good outlet for myself.
