How do you think about the difference between content that builds a brand vs. content that drives a purchase?
Both are related and necessary BUT also content that builds a brand matters more than content that simply drives a purchase. Long term sustainability and growth of the brand is the ultimate goal rather than just purchases because establishing a strong brand presence will naturally drive more purchases but focusing purely on sales without building up the brand will 100% stagnate at some point and lead to collapse.

If you had to create one piece of content for Sousa this week, what would it be and why?
I would create a short form quick comparison video between Sousa and another supplement brand. In the video, I would compare how Sousa is better compared to other brands, how we stand out offer more value. This will help because people love getting better options especially in the supplement industry where new options are always coming up, so by offering clear value and pros we can stand out among other brands.

How would you increase engagement for a new Supplement brand on social media?
Firstly, I would research current competition in the space, find out their marketing strategy, and then analyse what's working for them and how we can improve it and fit into our brand.
Secondly, I will focus on influencer marketing through influencers in the fitness industry but through honest reviews as opposed to paid reviews which will help with showing our product in an authentic way, show our confidence with the product and help build trust, credibility and goodwill.
Finally, not every engagement strategy will work, so it's very important for us to try many things are once we find something that works, we double down, improve it and ride the wave until something new comes up.
