Someone in my organization wrote an open letter to the Residence Life at our college. The first time it was posted it wasn't legible. I was able to reformat it, so people could read it and the member of our organization knew that her words mattered.

How do you ensure your writing aligns with the brand's message and tone?
As an Africana Studies major, I've learned how important language is whether its writing an AAVE or Standard American English. Racial sensitivity is important for discussing complicated subjects and I have been trained to write thoughtfully.
