I optimize email campaigns by continuously testing and analyzing what resonates most with customers. I focus on improving key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions through A/B testing subject lines, send times, email designs, and calls-to-action.I also believe segmentation is essential. Rather than sending the same message to every subscriber, I would create targeted campaigns based on customer behavior, such as first-time visitors, repeat customers, or inactive subscribers. This helps make emails feel more relevant and increases engagement. After each campaign, I review performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. By combining compelling content, strong visuals, strategic segmentation, and data-driven optimization, I can continuously improve email performance and drive both customer engagement and sales.

Describe your approach to managing multiple creator relationships and communications.

I am an extremely organized person and last semester, I balanced two on-campus jobs, an internship, and four classes while maintaining my 4.0 GPA. I would keep an organized spreadsheet of the different stages of outreach and communication that I constantly update. I would also make every message feel thoughtful and personal, despite having multiple communications at one time. In my internship with marketing agency Power Move Marketing, I learned about influencer marketing and how to research creators, coordinate outreach while keeping the process organized, and generate real outcomes.

How do you stay up to date with TikTok trends and online creator communities?

I am constantly staying up-to-date on trends and communities by scrolling on TikTok, saving trends and trending audios to a TikTok folder, and researching hashtags and trending searches. I live and breathe social media and throughout my four internships tied to social media marketing, I have developed strong skills in trend research and community building.
