how do you balance being proactive with being reactive? Can you give an example of a time when you maintained your focus on planning and execution, even when things were moving quickly around you?
As an international student living alone in a country i have never been to prior to my university studies, I always make time for rest. When my mind rests, it works 10x better when i need to work. Every year, I have to renew my residency card here in Madrid which is a very stressful and time-bound task. Getting an appointment, gathering my complete documents, doing the procedure in full Spanish (which I am not fluent in), all while balancing my personal and academic life has been difficult. However, I am able to do all this because I give myself time to rest, so when all the stressful planning comes my way, my mind is ready and eve excited to complete the task.

How do you approach organizing and scheduling content across multiple social media platforms? What tools or strategies do you use to stay organized and ensure everything is on track?
My main tool would be to use a (content) calendar. This will allow me to complete tasks on time. I also typically make the due dates a day or a few hours earlier than the actual time, just to make space for any last minute changes without having to sacrifice punctuality.

Can you describe a time when you had to manage multiple projects or deadlines at once? How did you prioritize and ensure that everything was completed on time?
As a university student, I am constantly having to manage completing my tasks from different subjects, as well as personal matters such as relationships, government appointments, room up-keep. I prioritize these by using lists and calendar time blocking, to ensure I complete everything i need to in a timely manner.
