Campus Ambassador for GoodBite

This role includes reaching out to local restaurants and student leaders. How would you handle that outreach each week?
I would handle weekly outreach by staying organized, consistent, and intentional with communication. At the start of each week, I’d set clear outreach goals and create a list of local restaurants and student leaders to contact, prioritizing those that align with the brand and student interests. I’d use a professional yet approachable tone when reaching out—whether through email, Instagram DMs, or in-person conversations—to clearly explain the opportunity, the value of collaboration, and how it benefits them. I believe outreach is most effective when it feels personal, so I’d tailor each message rather than sending the same generic pitch. Throughout the week, I’d track responses, follow up when needed, and maintain open communication to build genuine relationships, not just one-time partnerships. I’d also stay flexible and responsive, adjusting my approach based on what’s working best. By being proactive, organized, and personable, I’d ensure outreach is consistent, efficient, and impactful week after week.

How would you promote a cause on your campus and get students to pay attention?
To promote a cause on campus and get students to pay attention, I would focus on visibility, relatability, and interaction. Students are more likely to engage when a cause feels relevant to their lives, so I’d start by clearly connecting the mission to student experiences and explaining why it matters to them, not just what the cause is. Social media would be the main driver. I’d use Instagram and TikTok to create short, eye-catching content such as quick videos, testimonials, trending sounds, and bold visuals that stop the scroll. Posting consistently, using campus-specific hashtags, and collaborating with student organizations or influencers would help expand reach and credibility. On campus, I’d pair digital promotion with in-person engagement. This could include pop-up tables, flyers with QR codes, giveaways, or interactive activities that spark curiosity and conversation. Partnering with existing events or organizations would also help tap into audiences that are already engaged. Lastly, I’d encourage participation rather than passive support—whether that’s attending an event, sharing content, or contributing in a small but meaningful way. When students feel involved and included, they’re more likely to pay attention, support the cause, and spread the message themselves.

Are you involved in any campus organizations and if so, what charity do you support?
Yes, I am involved in campus organizations. I previously served on the Campus Activities Board Marketing Team, where I helped promote events, engage the student body, and support campus-wide initiatives through creative marketing and social media. In terms of charity, I support initiatives focused on youth empowerment and education, especially programs that provide resources and opportunities for young people to grow academically and creatively. Supporting causes that invest in the next generation aligns closely with my values and my involvement on campus.
