What are important considerations for you when reviewing a product?

Something Important to me when reviewing products is transparency on what the product does. I like to have an idea on what exactly I would be testing, while remaining unbiased. It is important that products are not described in a comparative way to another product that may be similar, as I want to remain as unbiased as possible!

Please talk about something you've done that demonstrates attention to detail.

Over the course of my internship this summer, I have trained myself as well as been trained on keeping a very close attention to detail. The industry I worked in left little to no room for errors. I worked on sifting through policies to find important information, which required me to thoroughly inspect documents that were up to 80+ pages long to find accurate and crucial information. Along with this, I worked on analyses that if done incorrectly or included any minor discrepancy, there were huge risks associated. Because of these consequences associated, it was crucial for me to pay very close attention to detail, and I did not stray from this.

You don't like the product, how do you proceed with this gig? Who do you notify and what steps do you take?

As long as the product is not causing me harm, I would continue to use it as long as the product testing lasts. I would notify whoever is in charge of the testing and let them know if there was any issues. I would take steps to complete the testing and review as instructed.
