You don't like the product, how do you proceed with this gig? Who do you notify and what steps do you take?
I would give feedback and let the company know what I feel they should improve, but then tell them that it is just my opinion, everyone else can feel a different way about the product. If they would like, I could help them as they improve said product as well.

When there is a bug in an app I use a lot, I either check if I need to update it, or submit a review in the App Store, or I contact a representative.

Share a time when you've been able to mobilize a group of people around a product, service, or cause you feel passionate about?
For a project in high school, I had to convince the people in my class to buy a product. The product I chose was the CeraVe Hydrating Facial Cleanser. In front of the class, I spoke about how I had tried tons of cleansers before that one, and none of them seemed to work on my face until I started using that one. Then I proceeded to talk about things like my struggle with acne, my skin type, other CeraVe products that I love, etc.
