Please share how you would successfully manage all responsibilities and clear communication with the influencers and pager team.
As someone who is extremely focused on organization and time management, I would handle my responsibilities and communications by scheduling my time through Google Sheets. I would keep a list of all our Tik Tok and Instagram creators, as well as a list of potential creators we can work with in the future, and check in at least weekly on how our negotiations with them develop. I would organize my notes on the team’s development in expanding the company on Google Drive as well.
