Alii Supplement
TikTok Shop Review + Content

How do you plan to engage with the TikTok community to educate and promote Alii Supplements?
To engage with the TikTok community and promote Alii Supplements, I would focus on creating fun, digestible content that balances education with trend-driven storytelling. As a nutrition student, I understand how important it is to communicate accurate information in a way that feels relatable and easy to understand. I’d use trending sounds, challenges, and formats to break down the benefits of Alii’s ingredients, explain how supplements support wellness goals, and show how they fit into real-life routines—especially for busy students or young professionals. Whether it’s “What I take and why” supplement breakdowns, “A day in my wellness routine” vlogs, or myth-busting videos around nutrition, I’d aim to build trust and excitement around Alii by showing up consistently, authentically, and with a wellness-first mindset that aligns with the brand.

How / where do you seek inspiration? Please share your social handles
I seek inspiration from a mix of wellness-focused creators, trend-savvy brands, and everyday moments in student life. I’m constantly inspired by content that feels both intentional and relatable—like TikToks that simplify healthy routines or Instagram posts that celebrate small wins in fitness, nutrition, and mental wellness. I love following creators who balance authenticity with creativity and who show that taking care of yourself doesn’t have to be complicated or perfect. I also draw ideas from being on campus at Penn State, where I see firsthand what products and habits resonate with other students. My goal is always to create content that feels real, inspiring, and aligned with my values. You can find me on TikTok at @sarahmotiff and Instagram @sarahmotiff

If you could build your own brand, what would it be and how would you make it culturally relevant?
If I could build my own brand, it would be a modern nutrition and wellness brand focused on making healthy habits simple, fun, and culturally relevant for college students and young adults. As a nutrition student at Penn State, I’ve seen how many people want to eat better and feel better—but feel overwhelmed by confusing information or unrealistic wellness standards. My brand would focus on approachable education, affordable products (like healthy snacks, supplements, or hydration tools), and real-life tips for busy student life. I’d use platforms like TikTok and Instagram to create short, digestible content with humor, aesthetic visuals, and trends that meet people where they are—whether they’re in the dorm, gym, or library. Culturally, I’d emphasize inclusivity by celebrating different food cultures, body diversity, and sustainable habits that don’t rely on toxic diet culture. My goal would be to make nutrition feel empowering—not restrictive.
