I would launch a new app on a college campus by sending out groups of students to speak in front of classrooms to communicate the launching of the app. Also, setting up a booth in a highly traveled area on campus to raise awareness of the app launch. On the digital side I would promote it through the campus's social media and send out mass emails to certain groups that we are trying to target with the app.
