If I could make up a Poppi flavor it would be fruit punch. This is my favorite flavor when it comes to drinks in general and I have never seen it as a healthier soda version. I think this would give a great alternative for those that also love fruit punch, but don't want to feel bad about drinking a soda.

To create FOMO I would use the urgency and scarcity tactic. If I make the product seem as if it is a must-purchase, it will urge the audience to buy it in fear that they are missing out. The more people under the post that mention running to the store or website to purchase the products will create scarcity because the product will be in high demand with little to go around. I would create social proof by making people feel as if they need to belong to the group of people that use She Biology Skincare. If I can make a big enough impact to get other people talking, buying, and sharing about the product, then people wouldn't want to miss out on what there is to offer.

If a customer left a negative review I would first respond to the review in a courteously and professional manner. If a problem was mentioned in the review I would try and figure out what went wrong while showing compassion and empathy for the customer. I would then offer to talk it over with the customer through email or by phone and try to sort out the issue.
