As an Advertising student who is actively involved on campus, I often come across student leaders looking for brand sponsorships at their events. For example, REACH UIUC, a social media organization that helps students build their personal brand, is always looking to partner with brands to give members experience with UGC, content creation, and brand collaborations. I would plan sampling events through student organizations like REACH, the Asian American Association, Asian interest sororities, or in high traffic areas like the Quad. As a previous ambassador for Clinique, sampling on the Quad has been highly successful and effective, with hundreds of students showing up to the sampling activation after posting a promotional flyer on my IG story for the event. I was also a previous poppi college ambassador, where we provided poppi at two club events per month. Through my previous ambassadorship experiences, I am well-versed with sampling both in high-traffic areas and at club events.
