How would you create content around a topic that some find sensitive?
I create content on sensitive topics by using a trauma informed approach. I focus on sharing 'scars, not open wounds, which means I talk from a place of reflection and healing rather than just raw emotion. My goal is to find the universal lesson in a personal experience like resilience or self-care so the content feels supportive and helpful to the community, rather than overwhelming.
