What type of content do you find performs best on TikTok and Instagram?
Short, authentic, and visually engaging content performs best on TikTok and Instagram. On TikTok, relatable videos, behind-the-scenes clips, and trend-based content usually get the most traction. On Instagram, Reels with popular audios and carousel posts tend to perform well. Overall, content that feels natural and interactive performs better than overly promotional posts.

How do you stay on top of social media trends?
I stay on top of social media trends by actively using platforms like TikTok and Instagram every day and paying attention to what formats, sounds, and styles are performing well. I follow marketing pages, content creators, and brands in the food and beverage space to see what’s gaining traction and why. I also look at trending audios, popular hashtags, and high-engagement posts, then think about how those trends could be adjusted to fit a specific brand’s voice instead of just copying them.
