Growing up playing sports my whole life, I learned an easy way to make connections was through your attitude. Whether that's cracking a one-liner to make someone laugh or bringing a positive energy to a difficult practice, your attitude means everything. I think my unique background from growing up playing sports to playing collegiate soccer, and now running marathons, has taught me so many lessons about having a good attitude and lots of energy.
