I previously worked as a Brand Ambassador for the Trinity Group, Inc., helping represent the company and its brands at promotional events and community activations. My experience mainly involved event marketing, customer engagement, and brand promotion. My responsibilities included interacting with guests, explaining services and promotions, distributing marketing materials, helping set up event spaces, and creating a welcoming and professional environment. I was recognized for being reliable, outgoing, and professional during events. I received positive feedback from supervisors for creating positive customer interactions.
