A model and lifestyle content creator once struggled with garnering engagement on two of their social media blogs. Despite publishing frequently, they were not attracting their target goals (brand deals from modeling/make up/ skin care companies, and getting more likes).

To help them, I used tools like google analytics to identify the key search terms their audience was using. I then review her performing posts vs her underperforming posts to identify trends and see what the audience seems to gravitate to the most. I, then helped them develop a posting calendar based on peak audience engagement times but also their most trending content.

Then, we used other apps like Pinterest, Linkedin to amplify their reach.

I have to first understand my target audience by identifying their demographics, interests and goals. I have to also engage with them through questions, polls and surveys that also help analyze their interests.

Using tools like Google, reddit, and social media like TikTok, Twitter and IG, I identify trends, relevant focus and communities. This also helps keeping an eye on any competitors.

It is also important to view the blog analytics to determine which content engages the audience the most and build on top of that to create even more interactions and grow their interest.

Lastly, feedback is extremely important though surveys and polls to know what our audience is thinking, what we can improve and what problems need to be addressed.
