Female Founder World
Content Marketing & Event Intern
What's one content area of opportunity you'd first implement after starting this position?
Understanding that the target audience for Female Founder World is predominantly young women interested in entrepreneurship and business, it's essential to meet them where they're active and provide content that resonates with their needs. With this in mind, I see a significant opportunity in expanding the brand’s TikTok content strategy to include educational content on specific aspects of entrepreneurship. FFW could do this by launching a TikTok series titled, for example, 'Startup 101'. Each video in this series could tackle a different entrepreneurship topic, such as raising capital, marketing a product, or achieving work-life balance. By breaking down complex topics into digestible, engaging TikTok videos, we can demystify the process of starting a business and empower our audience with the knowledge they need to succeed. These videos could utilize the storytelling and visual capabilities of TikTok, incorporating graphics, voiceovers, popular audios, and other creative elements to make the content not only informative but also engaging, shareable, and potentially viral. By becoming a source of educational content on TikTok, we can further solidify Female Founder World's position as a go-to resource for budding female entrepreneurs. This approach would enable us to build a stronger connection with our audience by providing valuable insights in an accessible and modern way.

Please share any relevant past experience making you qualified for this role.
In the past years, I have built expertise in social media and marketing through various roles. First, I was a Social Media Strategist for a women-empowering publishing house and media company for a year before starting college. This position mainly entailed content scheduling and content creation, and I developed a passion for graphic design, which I am now also pursuing in college. College has then allowed me to put my social media knowledge into practice by contributing to two student organizations as their Social Media Manager and Marketing Associate, soon becoming President of one of the two. Both roles had to do with content management, community management, and interfacing with partners and other organizations. I am currently also contributing to a national, non-profit student organization as their Event Specialist, organizing online and offline events for 100 to 500 people. Finally, last summer I was also able to intern at a marketing agency in Milan, Italy as a Digital Advertising Intern, a position that taught me everything I now know about performance marketing, paid media, SEO, etc.
