What is your favorite streaming platform and why?
My favourite streaming platform is Netflix. It has a lot of original productions that have a good quality overall. It is also a platform that a lot of people have so its easy to get suggestions from friends on what to watch.

What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
For me, wellness is making sure that you are doing everything you can to assure your mental and physical wellbeing. It is important to integrate the practise of sports, meditation, journalling, a healthy diet and a good sleeping schedule.
