Early morning, weekends are best for me! I do have some availability for before 10 AM on weekdays.

Can you describe a situation where you successfully increased customer engagement and loyalty?
I have worked in both food service and retail customer service, that involved selling/presenting a product. For an example: telling a customer about an ice cream flavor at the shop I used to work at by explaining what is in the ice cream, and why it’s amazing!

Tell me about a time you had to approach and engage with strangers—how did you break the ice and keep the interaction positive?
I always like to start an approach to have a conversation with a stranger by respectfully saying hello! Based off of their body language / response, I then assess if they’re interested in a further interaction.
