Can you provide an example of a time when you collaborated closely with a sales team to meet and exceed targets?
In my previous role, I worked with a small social enterprise that publishes children's books. While the company was hitting sales targets for individual clients, they were unable to engage bigger clients (organizations). I worked with the sales and marketing team to specifically target those clients by changing our marketing language and content. That year, we partnered with three education-based organizations/NGOs (both local and international).
