Music Taste Tester (September - October)

How do you approach identifying potential issues with a product during testing?
When I'm testing a product, I'm not just looking for a simple pass or fail. I approach it like I'm trying to break it in every possible way. I think about all the weird things a real user might do—like clicking buttons in the wrong order or entering crazy data—to see how the system handles it.I focus on edge cases and boundary conditions. For example, if a field only accepts numbers, I'll try entering letters or special characters. I also check how the product performs under stress, like loading a massive amount of data to see if it slows down or crashes.Ultimately, I'm trying to anticipate problems before they happen. It's about thinking like a user who's not following the script and making sure the product is ready for anything.
