In less than two sentences, How do you handle a difficult customer interaction?
Understanding there problem cause difficult intersection is mostly about something the customer is unfamiliar about or is worried if his service is worth it or not so I can assure them about the service backed by other customers review and calm down the customer and respond accordingly as I understand their queries and end the conversation with customer feedback
