Can you provide an example of a time when your feedback led to product improvement?
In a previous experience, I participated in a beta test for a wellness app. I noticed that some of the daily reminders were being sent at inconvenient times, making it harder to stick to the program. I shared detailed feedback about adjusting the timing settings to be more customizable. A few weeks later, the developers updated the app to include flexible reminder options, which made it a lot easier for users to stay engaged.
