I’d keep the community active by creating regular, interactive content like polls, challenges, and themed discussions. I’d also recognize and reward engagement, encourage member led events, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere so people feel motivated to participate consistently.

I’d first review the situation and hear both sides. Then, I’d intervene privately, remind members of community guidelines if needed, and help mediate a resolution. My goal is to de escalate tension and maintain a positive, respectful community.
